The waterproof film allows the you to shower with the dressing in situ. They feature a low allergy adhesive minimising the risk of an allergic response and a highly absorbent pad that rapidly absorbs serous exudate.

The low adherence wound contact layer enables exudate to pass through to allow minimal trauma on removal. The Conformable and extensible film is comfortable and non-obtrusive to reduce the occurrence of skin blistering in joint surgery.

The REACTIC film has a unique molecular structure with an MVTR of approximately 11000g/m2 /24hr, making it significantly more permeable to water vapour than ordinary films in the presence of moisture and the round thin corners reduce the occurrence of lifting or snagging, helping the dressing to stay in place for longer.
